Warranty for Cartridge Battery & Vaporizers

Our Store offers a 7-day Warranty Period for Cartridge Battery & Vaporizers. In order to replace the Item, we will check the condition of the device first, if proven defective we will replace it with a new Item (same color and model brand)

To be eligible for Replacement, your item must be in the same condition upon receiving, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please follow the proper handling, charging and care of your device. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of the replacement warranty.

Warranty for Glass Items

Our Store offers a Replacement for all Glass Items that arrives in damaged condition due to shipping. In order to replace the Item, kindly notify us immediately upon receiving your order, we will replace it with a new Item (same color and item)

To be eligible for Replacement, your item must be in the same condition upon receiving, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Terms & Conditions

Customers have the right to choose and make a canvass of prices, once a sale is done and the product has no defect, you can neither return it nor ask for a refund. We do not accept a change of mind once a sale is done. A buyer can replace defective products according to the Warranty and Return Policy, only as long as the buyer can present proofs of purchase. If the defect on a product is caused by the buyer, the warranty is automatically void. Customers can no longer demand for exchange or refund.
